At Healing Gilead, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. We provide a tiered flat-rate shipping structure to our merchants, and suppliers will always ship the cheapest method possible. We only ship within the USA (lower 48 only).
We source our products from different suppliers: Please note that if you purchase products from two or more suppliers, you will be required to pay for two separate shipping fees as the items are shipped from different locations.
Please Note:
For orders over 30 lbs, actual shipping rates apply. Our Suppliers will bill you a flat rate at the time of order, based on our shipping policy. Additional shipping costs exceeding the flat rate amount will be invoiced to the customer after the month ends. All orders exceeding 30 lbs are put on hold, and a notification is sent to the customer. Customers choosing to still process these orders are subject to the shipping policy outlined above.
Suppliers will typically ship within 2-4 business days after the invoice is paid, and orders can be expected to arrive to a customer within 5-8 business days from the order date.
If your order includes products from different suppliers, you will receive multiple shipments and be charged separate shipping fees for each.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
